“Animal extremist groups have a reprehensible history of running intimidation and harassment campaigns against those involved in biomedical research with animals. Science community members should not have to go to work every day with a target painted on their backs. These court decisions are a positive step in the right direction,” Foundation for Biomedical Research and National Association for Biomedical Research President Matthew R. Bailey said.
